समान ऊर्वे अधि संगतासः सं जानते न यतन्ते मिथस्ते । ते देवानां न मिनन्ति व्रतान्यमर्धन्तो वसुभिर्यादमानाः ॥

Transliteration

samāná ūrve ádhi sáṃgatāsaḥ sáṃ jānate ná yatante mithás te | te devā́nāṃ ná minanti vratā́ny ámardhanto vásubhir yā́damānāḥ ||

Translation

ഒരേ വിശാലമായ അടിസ്ഥാനം (ഊർവ) മേൽ ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂടിയ അവർ ഏകതയിൽ അറിയുന്നു; പരസ്പരം വിരോധിച്ച് പരിശ്രമിക്കുന്നില്ല. അവർ ദേവന്മാരുടെ വ്രതങ്ങളെ ലംഘിക്കുന്നില്ല; ശക്തരായി, വസുക്കളോടു (അത്യാവശ്യ സമ്പത്ത്-ശക്തികളോടു) കൂടി മുന്നേറുന്നു.
