एते द्युम्नेभिर्विश्वमातिरन्त मन्त्रं ये वारं नर्या अतक्षन् । प्र ये विशस्तिरन्त श्रोषमाणा आ ये मे अस्य दीधयन्नृतस्य ॥
eté dyumnébhir víśvam ā́tiranta mántraṃ yé vā́raṃ naryā́ atá kṣan | prá yé víśas tiránta śróṣamāṇā ā́ yé me asyá dī́dhayann ṛtásya ||
ഇവർ ദ്യുമ്നങ്ങളാൽ സർവ്വത്തെയും അതിക്രമിച്ച് സർവ്വത്ര വ്യാപിച്ചു—ആഗ്രഹനീയവും പുരുഷാർത്ഥസമ്പന്നവുമായ പരിപൂർണതയായി മന്ത്രവാണിയെ രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയവർ. ശ്രവിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ജനങ്ങളെ മുന്നോട്ട് നയിക്കുന്നവർ—അവർ തന്നെയാണ് എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഈ ഋതത്തിന്റെ ദർശനം ജ്വലിപ്പിച്ചത്.
