Sukta 7.7
असादि वृतो वह्निराजगन्वानग्निर्ब्रह्मा नृषदने विधर्ता । द्यौश्च यं पृथिवी वावृधाते आ यं होता यजति विश्ववारम् ॥
asā́di vṛtó váhnir ā́jaganvān agnír brahmā́ nṛṣádane vidhartā́ | dyáuś ca yáṁ pṛthivī́ vāvṛdhā́te ā́ yáṁ hotā́ yájati viśvávāram ||
ആസീനനായി, തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തവനായി, വഹിക്കുന്ന ജ്വാല വന്നെത്തി—അഗ്നി, ബ്രഹ്മാ, മനുഷ്യരുടെ ആസനത്തിൽ ധാരകൻ. അവനെ ദ്യൗവും പൃഥ്വിയും വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; അവനെ ഹോതൃ സർവ്വവരദായകനായി യജ്ഞത്തിൽ അർപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
