ní tvā́ nakṣya viśpate dyumántaṃ deva dhīmahi | suvī́ram agna āhuta ||

Translation

ഹേ വിശ്പതേ (ജനാധിപതേ), നിനക്കു നേരെ ഞങ്ങൾ ചിന്തയെ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു; ഹേ ദ്യുമന്ത ദേവ, നിന്നെ അന്തഃചേതനയിൽ ധരിക്കുന്നു—ഹേ അഗ്നി, ആഹുതിയാൽ ആഹ്വാനിത—ഞങ്ങളിലൊരു സുവീരത (വീര്യം) ഉദിക്കേണ്ടതിന്.
