Sukta 6.28
न ता नशन्ति न दभाति तस्करो नासामामित्रो व्यथिरा दधर्षति । देवाँश्च याभिर्यजते ददाति च ज्योगित्ताभिः सचते गोपतिः सह ॥
ná tā́ naśanti ná dabhāti taskaráḥ ná āsām āmitró vyáthir ā dadharṣati | devā́ṃś ca yā́bhir yájate dádāti ca jyók it tā́bhiḥ sacate gó-patiḥ sahá ||
ഈ (പ്രകാശ-ഗാവോ/കിരണങ്ങൾ) നശിക്കുന്നില്ല; കള്ളനും അവയെ വഞ്ചിക്കാനാവില്ല. ശത്രുശക്തിയുമില്ല, കുലുക്കുന്ന ഭയവ്യഥയും ഇല്ല—അവയെ കീഴടക്കാൻ. അന്വേഷകൻ ദേവന്മാർക്ക് യജ്ഞം അർപ്പിക്കാനും ദാനം നൽകാനും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന അതേ ശക്തികളോടുകൂടി ഗോപതി (കിരണങ്ങളുടെ അധിപൻ/അന്തരംഗ രക്ഷകൻ) എന്നേക്കുമായി ചേർന്ന് വസിക്കുന്നു.
