Sukta 5.59
प्र वः स्पळक्रन्त्सुविताय दावनेऽर्चा दिवे प्र पृथिव्या ऋतं भरे । उक्षन्ते अश्वान्तरुषन्त आ रजोऽनु स्वं भानुं श्रथयन्ते अर्णवैः ॥
prá vaḥ spáḷ akran suvitā́ya dā́vane’rcā́ divé prá pṛthivyā́ ṛtáṃ bhare | ukṣánte áśvān tárūṣanta ā́ rájo’nu sváṃ bhā́nuṃ śráthayante arṇaváiḥ ||
സുവിതായ ദാവനെ—ശുഭഗമനത്തിനും ദാനത്തിനും—നിങ്ങൾ മുന്നോട്ടു സ്പള്ക്രന്ത്, ചാടിപ്പുറപ്പെട്ടു; ഞാൻ ദിവേയും പൃഥിവ്യായും അർച്ചാ കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നു, ഋതം ഭരേ—ഋതത്തെ വഹിച്ച്. നിങ്ങളുടെ അശ്വങ്ങൾ ഉക്ഷന്തേ—ബലത്തോടെ വീർപ്പുമുട്ടുന്നു; അവ റജഃ, പ്രകാശമയ അന്തരീക്ഷങ്ങളിൽ, അന്തരുഷന്തേ—വേഗത്തിൽ പായുന്നു; പിന്നെ അനുഃ സ്വം ഭാനും, തങ്ങളുടെ തന്നെ കിരണപഥത്തിൽ, അർണവൈഃ—പ്രവാഹങ്ങളാൽ—ബന്ധങ്ങൾ അഴിച്ചു, മഹാപ്രവാഹങ്ങളെ വിടുതൽ ചെയ്യുന്നു.
