Sukta 5.32
अदर्दरुत्समसृजो वि खानि त्वमर्णवान्बद्बधानाँ अरम्णाः । महान्तमिन्द्र पर्वतं वि यद्वः सृजो वि धारा अव दानवं हन् ॥
ádarda utsám asṛjo ví khā́ni tvám arṇavā́n badbadhānā́m aramṇāḥ | mahā́ntam indra párvataṃ ví yád vaḥ sṛjó ví dhārā́ áva dānaváṃ han ||
നീ ഉത്സ (ഉറവ/ഝര) പൊട്ടിച്ചുതുറന്ന് വഴികൾ (ചാനലുകൾ) വിരിച്ചു; ബന്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന അർണവ (പ്രളയജലം/പ്രവാഹജലം) നീ മോചിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇന്ദ്രനേ! നീ മഹത്തായ പർവ്വതം പിളർത്തിയപ്പോൾ ധാരകൾ പുറത്തേക്ക് ഒഴുകി—അവയെ തടഞ്ഞ ദാനവനെ നീ വധിച്ചു.
