Sukta 5.3
यो न आगो अभ्येनो भरात्यधीदघमघशंसे दधात । जही चिकित्वो अभिशस्तिमेतामग्ने यो नो मर्चयति द्वयेन ॥
yó na ā́go abhy éno bhárāty ádhīd aghám aghaśáṃse dadhāta | jahī́ cikitvo abhíśastim etā́m agne yó no marcáyati dvayéna ||
ഞങ്ങളിലേക്കു ആരെങ്കിലും ആഗസ് (പാപം)യും ഏനോ (ദോഷം)യും കൊണ്ടുവരികയും, അഘശംസ (ദുഷ്ടവക്താവ്) മേൽ അഘ (അനിഷ്ടം) കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ—ഹേ ചികിത്വ (വിവേകി) അഗ്നേ, ഈ അഭിശസ്തി (ശത്രുശാപം) സംഹരിക്ക; ഞങ്ങളെ ദ്വയേന (തുറന്നും മറഞ്ഞും) വിധത്തിൽ പ്രഹരിക്കുന്നവനെ നീ പിന്നോട്ടു തള്ളിക്കളക.
