न्यग्निं जातवेदसं दधाता देवमृत्विजम् । प्र यज्ञ एत्वानुषगद्या देवव्यचस्तमः ॥
Transliteration
ny àgníṁ jātávedasaṁ dádhātā devám ṛtvíjam | prá yajñá étv ānuṣág adyā́ devávyacastamaḥ ||
Translation
അഗ്നി ജാതവേദസനെ—ഋതുക്കളുടെ ദിവ്യ ഋത്വിജനെ—സ്ഥാപിക്കുവിൻ. ഇന്ന് യജ്ഞം അനുഷക് ക്രമത്തിൽ മുന്നേറട്ടെ; ദേവന്മാരിൽ ഏറ്റവും വ്യാപകമായി വ്യാപിക്കുന്ന (എത്തിച്ചേരുന്ന) അവൻ തന്നേ മുൻപന്തിയിൽ നിന്ന് വഴി നയിക്കട്ടെ.
