तव त्ये अग्ने अर्चयो भ्राजन्तो यन्ति धृष्णुया । परिज्मानो न विद्युतः स्वानो रथो न वाजयुः ॥
Transliteration
táva tyé agne arcáyo bhrā́janto yanti dhṛṣṇuyā́ | parí-jmāno ná vi-dyútaḥ svā́nó rathó ná vājayúḥ ||
Translation
ഹേ അഗ്നേ, നിന്റെ ആ അർച്ചയഃ (ജ്വാലകൾ) ധൃഷ്ണുയാ (ധീരഗതിയോടെ) ദീപ്തമായി മുന്നേറുന്നു; പരിജ്മാനഃ (ദൂരവ്യാപി) മിന്നലുകൾപോലെ; സ്വാനഃ (ഗർജ്ജിക്കുന്ന) രഥംപോലെ, വാജ (ബലം/വിജയം)യുടെ പുഷ്ടി തേടി അവ പാഞ്ഞുചെല്ലുന്നു.
