Sukta 4.42
अहं ता विश्वा चकरं नकिर्मा दैव्यं सहो वरते अप्रतीतम् । यन्मा सोमासो ममदन्यदुक्थोभे भयेते रजसी अपारे ॥
aháṃ tā́ víśvā cakaraṃ nákir mā daívyam sáho varate áprati-itam | yán mā sómāso mamádan yád ukthā́ ubhé bhayete rájasī apāré ||
ഞാൻ ആ എല്ലാ കർമ്മങ്ങളും നിർവഹിച്ചു; എന്നെക്കാൾ മീതെയുള്ള, അപ്രതിമമായ ദൈവീ സഹസ്സ് ആരും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുകയില്ല. സോമധാരകൾ എന്നെ മദിപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഉക്ത-സ്തുതികൾ എന്നെ ഉയർത്തുമ്പോൾ, അറ്റമില്ലാതെ വ്യാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഇരുവിധ ‘രജസ്’ (വിശാല ലോകപ്രദേശങ്ങൾ) അകലത്തോളം വിറയ്ക്കുന്നു.
