Transliteration

devásya savitúr vayáṃ vājayántaḥ púraṃ-dhyā́ | bhágasya rātím īmahe ||

Translation

ശക്തിയുടെ സമൃദ്ധികളെ മുന്നോട്ടു തള്ളിക്കൊണ്ടു, അന്തർനഗരം പണിയുന്ന പുരന്ധി-ധിയോടെ, സവിതൃദേവനിൽ നിന്നു ഭഗന്റെ ദാനം ഞങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
