शृण्वन्तु नो वृषणः पर्वतासो ध्रुवक्षेमास इळया मदन्तः । आदित्यैर्नो अदितिः शृणोतु यच्छन्तु नो मरुतः शर्म भद्रम् ॥

Transliteration

śṛṇvántu no vṛ́ṣaṇaḥ párvatāso dhruvá-kṣemāsa íḷayā́ mádantaḥ | ādityáiḥ no áditiḥ śṛṇotu yácchantu no marútaḥ śárma bhadrám ||

Translation

വൃഷണ—ശക്തിയുള്ള പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ ഞങ്ങളെ കേൾക്കട്ടെ, ഇളാ (പോഷണധാര)യിൽ ആനന്ദിച്ചു, സ്ഥിരക്ഷേമത്തിൽ അചഞ്ചലമായി. ആദിത്യന്മാരോടുകൂടെ അദിതി ഞങ്ങളെ കേൾക്കട്ടെ; മരുৎകൾ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഭദ്ര ശർമ—മംഗളകരമായ അഭയം—നൽകട്ടെ.
