प्र मात्राभी रिरिचे रोचमानः प्र देवेभिर्विश्वतो अप्रतीतः । प्र मज्मना दिव इन्द्रः पृथिव्याः प्रोरोर्महो अन्तरिक्षादृजीषी ॥
prá mā́trābhir ririce rۆcamānáḥ | prá devébhiḥ viśvátó apráti-itaḥ | prá majmánā divá índraḥ pṛthivyā́ḥ prórór mahó antárikṣād ṛjīṣī́ ||
അവൻ തന്റെ അളവുകളിൽ കവിഞ്ഞൊഴുകുന്നു, ദീപ്തനായി; എല്ലാ ദിക്കുകളിലും ദേവന്മാരെയും അതിക്രമിച്ച് മുന്നേറുന്നു—അപ്രതിഹതൻ. ഋജുപ്രയത്നിയായ ഇന്ദ്രൻ മഹിമയാൽ ദ്യൗവും പൃഥിവിയും കടന്ന് വളരുന്നു, അന്തരിക്ഷത്തിന്റെ വിശാല മഹത്തിനെക്കാളും അപ്പുറം.
