Sukta 2.30
तं वः शर्धं मारुतं सुम्नयुर्गिरोप ब्रुवे नमसा दैव्यं जनम् । यथा रयिं सर्ववीरं नशामहा अपत्यसाचं श्रुत्यं दिवेदिवे ॥
táṃ vaḥ śárdhaṃ mārútaṃ sumná-yur gíropá bruve námasā daívyaṃ jánam | yáthā rayíṃ sárva-vīraṃ náśāmahai apatyá-sācaṃ śrútyaṃ divé-divé ||
നിങ്ങളുടെ ആ മാരുത-ശർധത്തെ—ദൈവ്യജനത്തെ—കൃപ തേടുന്ന വചനത്തോടെ, നമസ്കാരത്തോടെ ഞാൻ അഭിസംബോധന ചെയ്യുന്നു; അതുവഴി ഞങ്ങൾ സർവ്വവീര റയി—എല്ലാ വീരശക്തികളാലും സമൃദ്ധമായ പൂർണ്ണത—പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ; അത് ആത്മസന്തതി നൽകുന്നതും ദിനംപ്രതി ശ്രവണയോഗ്യവുമാകട്ടെ.
