Sukta 2.30
अस्माकेभिः सत्वभिः शूर शूरैर्वीर्या कृधि यानि ते कर्त्वानि । ज्योगभूवन्ननुधूपितासो हत्वी तेषामा भरा नो वसूनि ॥
asmā́kebhiḥ sátvabhiḥ śūra śū́rair vīryā̀ kṛdhi yā́ni te kártvāni | jyóg abhūvann ánu-dhūpitāso hatvī́ téṣām ā́ bharā no vásūni ||
ഹേ ശൂരനായ ഇന്ദ്രാ! ഞങ്ങളുടെ സത്ത്വങ്ങളാൽ, ശൂരന്മാരുടെ പോലെയുള്ള ശക്തികളോടെ, നിനക്കു ചെയ്യേണ്ട പരാക്രമകൃത്യങ്ങൾ നിർവഹിക്ക. അവർ ദീർഘകാലം അടക്കപ്പെട്ടും പുകകൊണ്ട് പുറത്താക്കപ്പെട്ടും ഇരിക്കട്ടെ; അവരെ വധിച്ച് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വസുക്കൾ—ധനസമൃദ്ധികൾ—കൊണ്ടുവരിക.
