Sukta 10.78
रथानां न येऽराः सनाभयो जिगीवांसो न शूरा अभिद्यवः । वरेयवो न मर्या घृतप्रुषोऽभिस्वर्तारो अर्कं न सुष्टुभः ॥
rathā́nāṃ na yé’rā́ḥ sa-nā́bhayo jigīvā́ṃso na śū́rā abhi-dyávaḥ | vareyávo na maryā́ ghṛtá-pruṣo’bhi-svartā́ro arkaṃ́ na su-stúbhaḥ ||
ദൃഢനാഭിയുള്ള രഥചക്രത്തിന്റെ അരകൾപോലെ അവർ അചഞ്ചലർ; ജയിച്ച ശൂരന്മാരെപ്പോലെ മുന്നോട്ട് പാഞ്ഞുചേരുന്നു. തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത യുവാക്കളെപ്പോലെ ഘൃതപ്രുഷ—ഘൃതസമാനമായ പ്രകാശത്തിന്റെ തുള്ളികൾ ചൊരിയുന്നു; മേലോട്ടു കുതിച്ചുയരുന്നു; സുഷ്ടുഭ്—സുസ്പഷ്ടമായ സ്തുതിപോലെ അവർ ശക്തമായ ഉച്ചാരമാണ്.
