Sukta 10.50
के ते नर इन्द्र ये त इषे ये ते सुम्नं सधन्यमियक्षान् । के ते वाजायासुर्याय हिन्विरे के अप्सु स्वासूर्वरासु पौंस्ये ॥
ké te nára indra yé ta iṣé yé te sumnáṃ sa-dhányam íyakṣān | ké te vā́jāyāsuryā́ya hinvire ké apsú svā́su urvárāsu paúṃsye ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, നിന്റെ ആ പുരുഷന്മാർ ആരാണ്—നിന്റെ ഇഷേ (പോഷകശക്തി)യെ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ, സധന്യമായ സുമ്നം (കൃപ) ലഭിക്കുവാൻ യജ്ഞം ചെയ്തവർ, അത് യഥാർത്ഥ സമൃദ്ധി നൽകുന്നു? വാജ (വിജയ-ബലം)ത്തിലേക്കും സൂര്യ (പ്രഭാമയ തേജസ്)ത്തിലേക്കും നിന്നെ ആരാണ് പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്? ജലങ്ങളിലും സുവരാ (സുഫലമായ) വയലുകളിലും നിന്റെ പൗംസ്യ (പുരുഷാർത്ഥ-ശക്തി)യെ ആരാണ് ഉണർത്തുന്നത്?
