अध त्यं द्रप्सं विभ्वं विचक्षणं विराभरदिषितः श्येनो अध्वरे । यदी विशो वृणते दस्ममार्या अग्निं होतारमध धीरजायत ॥

Transliteration

ádha tyáṃ drápsaṃ vibhváṃ vicakṣaṇáṃ vír ā́bharad iṣitáḥ śyénó adhvaré | yadī́ víśo vṛṇáte dasmám ā́ryā agním hótāram ádha dhī́r ajāyata ||

Translation

അപ്പോൾ പ്രേരിതനായ ശ്യേനൻ—പരുന്ത്—ആ ദീപ്തമായ ദ്രപ്സത്തെ, വ്യാപകവും ദൂരദർശിയുമായതിനെ, അധ്വര യജ്ഞമാർഗത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവന്നു. ആര്യജനങ്ങൾ അത്ഭുതനായ അഗ്നിയെ ഹോതാവായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ, തീർച്ചയായും ധീരബുദ്ധി ജനിക്കുന്നു.
