Sukta 1.168
सोमासो न ये सुतास्तृप्तांशवो हृत्सु पीतासो दुवसो नासते । ऐषामंसेषु रम्भिणीव रारभे हस्तेषु खादिश्च कृतिश्च सं दधे ॥
sómāso ná yé sutā́s tṛptā́ṃśavo hṛtsú pītā́so duvásō násate | aiṣā́m áṃseṣu rambhiṇī́va rārabhe hás teṣu khādíś ca kṛtíś ca sáṃ dadhe ||
സോമാസോ ന—പിഴിഞ്ഞെടുത്ത സോമപാനങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ, അവരുടെ അംശവഃ—ധാരകൾ തൃപ്തമാണ്; ഹൃത്സു പീതാസഃ—ഹൃദയത്തിൽ കുടിക്കപ്പെട്ടവർ, അവർ ദുവസോ ന—ദാന/സേവനത്തിൽ ഇരിപ്പിടം എടുക്കുന്നു. ഏഷാമംസേഷു—അവരുടെ തോളുകളിൽ രംഭിണീവ—രംഭിണിയെപ്പോലെ ചേർന്നു പിടിക്കുന്നു; ഹസ്തേഷു ഖാദിശ്ച—തുറന്നുപൊളിക്കുന്ന ശക്തിയും കൃതിശ്ച—രൂപപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന/സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്ന ശക്തിയും, രണ്ടും സം ദധേ—ഒരുമിച്ച് സ്ഥാപിതമാണ്.
