भूरीणि भद्रा नर्येषु बाहुषु वक्षस्सु रुक्मा रभसासो अञ्जयः । अंसेष्वेताः पविषु क्षुरा अधि वयो न पक्षान्व्यनु श्रियो धिरे ॥
bhūrīṇi bhadrā naryeṣu bāhuṣu vakṣaḥsu rukmā rabhasāso añjayaḥ | aṃseṣv etāḥ paviṣu kṣurā adhi vayo na pakṣān vy anu śriyo dhire ||
ഹേ വീര മരുৎകളേ, നിങ്ങളുടെ നര്യ (വീര) ഭുജങ്ങളിൽ അനവധി മംഗളകരമായ തേജസ്സുകൾ വിരാജിക്കുന്നു; നിങ്ങളുടെ വക്ഷസ്സുകളിൽ സ്വർണ്ണ റുക്മ-ആഭരണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്, ഹേ അതിവേഗികളേ. നിങ്ങളുടെ അംസങ്ങളിൽ ഈ തീക്ഷ്ണ ക്ഷുര-ധാരകൾ പവിഷു (അറ്റങ്ങൾ/വളയം)കളിൽ അധിഷ്ഠിതമാണ്; പക്ഷികൾ ചിറകുകൾ വിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ, നിങ്ങളുടെ മേൽ എല്ലാടവും ശ്രിയഃ (യശസ്സും സമൃദ്ധിയും) വ്യാപിച്ചു സ്ഥാപിതമായിരിക്കുന്നു.
