पुन॒र्वै दे॒वा अ॑ददुः॒ पुन॑र्मनु॒ष्या अददुः । राजा॑नः स॒त्यं गृ॑ह्णा॒ना ब्र॑ह्मजा॒यां पुन॑र्ददुः

IAST Transliteration

púnaḥ váí devā́ adaduḥ púnar manuṣyā́ adaduḥ | rājā́naḥ satyáṃ gr̥hṇānā́ brahmajāyā́m púnar daduḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Back, verily, the Gods gave her; back men gave her. The kings, taking hold of truth, gave back again the Brahman’s wife.

Translation

സത്യമായി ദേവന്മാർ അവളെ വീണ്ടും തിരികെ നൽകി; മനുഷ്യരും വീണ്ടും തിരികെ നൽകി. രാജാക്കന്മാർ സത്യത്തെ പിടിച്ചു (സത്യത്തിൽ ഉറച്ച്) ബ്രാഹ്മണന്റെ ഭാര്യയെ വീണ്ടും തിരികെ നൽകി.
