Sukta 37
जा॒या इद् वो॑ अप्स॒रसो॒ गन्ध॑र्वाः॒ पत॑यो यू॒यम्। अप धावतामर्त्या॒ मर्त्या॒न् मा स॑चध्वम्
jāyā́ íd vo apsaráso gandharvā́ḥ pátayo yūyám | ápa dhāvata amartyā́ martyā́n mā sacadhvam ||
Wives indeed are yours, O Apsarases; ye Gandharvas are your husbands. Away, run ye—immortals—(from) mortals: cleave not unto mortals.
ഹേ അപ്സരസ്സുകളേ, ഭാര്യമാർ നിശ്ചയമായും നിങ്ങളുടെവരാണ്; ഹേ ഗന്ധർവ്വന്മാരേ, ഭർത്താക്കൾ നിങ്ങളാണ്. അകലെ ഓടിപ്പോകുവിൻ—അമരന്മാരേ—മർത്ത്യരിൽ നിന്ന്; മർത്ത്യരോട് ചേർന്നു പിടിക്കരുത്.
