Sukta 11

ऐनं॒ वशो॑ ग॑च्छति व॒शी व॒शिनां॑ भवति॒ य ए॒वं वेद॑

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 15.11.9

ā́ enam váśo gácchati vaśī́ vaśínāṃ bhávati yá eváṃ véda

Unto him cometh mastery; a master he becometh among masters—whoso thus hath knowledge.

അവന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വശം വരുന്നു; വശികളിൽ അവൻ വശിയാകുന്നു (ആധിപത്യവാനാകുന്നു)—ഇങ്ങനെ അറിയുന്നവൻ.
