Is mantra mein Som ke liye Vayu aur Indra-Vayu ko bulaya ja raha hai. Adhvaryu log ne meetha Soma juice taiyaar kiya hai, ab devta aake piyen. Vayu ji apni gaadi jaldi laen aur yeh som peen. Savere ki roshni aur pani ka bahao bhi is mein bataya gaya hai. Vasishtha log taakat, naam aur suraksha maang rahe hain. Unhein aise ashirwad chahiye jo hamesha kaam aaye.

Mantra 1
प्र वीरया शुचयो दद्रिरे वामध्वर्युभिर्मधुमन्तः सुतासः । वह वायो नियुतो याह्यच्छा पिबा सुतस्यान्धसो मदाय ॥
Yeh saaf soma ras taiyaar hai, shahad jaisa meetha, aur bhagwan ke paas ja raha hai. Hey Vayu, apni gaadi jodo aur yahan aao. Yeh ras piyo aur khush ho jao.
Mantra 2
ईशानाय प्रहुतिं यस्त आनट् छुचिं सोमं शुचिपास्तुभ्यं वायो । कृणोषि तं मर्त्येषु प्रशस्तं जातोजातो जायते वाज्यस्य ॥
Jo insaan tumhe yeh soma ras chadha ta hai, hey Vayu, tum usko logon mein badha dete ho. Woh baar-baar aage badhta hai aur usmein taakat aati hai.

राये नु यं जज्ञतू रोदसीमे राये देवी धिषणा धाति देवम् । अध वायुं नियुतः सश्चत स्वा उत श्वेतं वसुधितिं निरेके ॥
Dharti aur aasmaan ne milkar ek taakat paida ki hai. Yeh taakat bhagwan ke paas aati hai. Phir Vayu ki apni shakti uske saath jud jaati hai aur safed chamak dikhti hai.

उच्छन्नुषसः सुदिना अरिप्रा उरु ज्योतिर्विविदुर्दीध्यानाः । गव्यं चिदूर्वमुशिजो वि वव्रुस्तेषामनु प्रदिवः सस्रुरापः ॥
Subah ki roshni aati hai aur accha din laati hai. Woh badi roshni dhoondhti hain. Unhone chupe hue kamre ko khol diya aur pani unke peeche peeche upar se bahne laga.

ते सत्येन मनसा दीध्यानाः स्वेन युक्तासः क्रतुना वहन्ति । इन्द्रवायू वीरवाहं रथं वामीशानयोरभि पृक्षः सचन्ते ॥
Yeh log sachche mann se jage hain. Apne dharam ke hisaab se jud ke chalte hain. Apni ichcha ki taakat se aage badhte hain. He Indra-Vayu, tumhari jitni rath aati hai, uske paas saari khushiyan aur poora khana jama ho jata hai. Woh dono ki hukumat ke neeche rehte hain.

ईशानासो ये दधते स्वर्णो गोभिरश्वेभिर्वसुभिर्हिरण्यैः । इन्द्रवायू सूरयो विश्वमायुरर्वद्भिर्वीरैः पृतनासु सह्युः ॥
Jin logon paas dhan aur sona hai, gaaye aur ghode hain. Woh log upar wali duniya ke maalik ban jaate hain. He Indra-Vayu, aise log poora zindagi jeete hain. Apni taakat se andar ki ladai mein jeet jaate hain.

अर्वन्तो न श्रवसो भिक्षमाणा इन्द्रवायू सुष्टुतिभिर्वसिष्ठाः । वाजयन्तः स्ववसे हुवेम यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
Hum Vasishtha log tumhe bulate hain jaise ghode apna naam maangte hain. Apni acchi prarthana se tumhe pukarte hain. Apne liye taakat maangte hain. He Indra-Vayu, tum hamesha humara khayal rakhna aur humein safe rakhna.
