स नः शर्माणि वीतयेऽग्निर्यच्छतु शंतमा । यतो नः प्रुष्णवद्वसु दिवि क्षितिभ्यो अप्स्वा ॥
Transliteration
sá naḥ śármāṇi vītáye ’gnír yacchatu śáṃtamā | yáto naḥ pruṣṇávad vásu diví kṣitíbhyó apsv ā́ ||
Translation
અમારા આનંદ-ભોગ માટે અગ્નિ અમને સર્વોત્તમ, શાંતિદાયક આશ્રયો અર્પે. અને એમાંથી જ અમને પ્રુષ્ણવત્ (ચમકતું) વસુ—ધન—મળે: અહીં પૃથ્વી પર, ઉપર દિવ્ય લોકમાં, અને અંતરના જળોમાં—જેથી અમારું અસ્તિત્વ પૂર્ણ બને.
