प्राग्नये विश्वशुचे धियंधेऽसुरघ्ने मन्म धीतिं भरध्वम् । भरे हविर्न बर्हिषि प्रीणानो वैश्वानराय यतये मतीनाम् ॥

Transliteration

prā́gnáye viśvá-śúce dhiyáṃdhe ’sura-ghné mánma dhītíṃ bharadhvam | bháre havír ná bárhiṣi prīṇānó vaiśvānaráya yátaye matīnā́m ||

Translation

Faites avancer la pensée pour Agni, le Tout-purifiant, le tueur des puissances hostiles ; apportez la parole inspirée et l’intelligence voyante. Tel une offrande, comblée sur le siège sacré (barhis), il œuvre pour Vaiśvānara, le guide de nos pensées.
