Prashna
براشنا أوبانيشاد من الأوبانيشاد الرئيسة (mukhya) ضمن الأثرفافيدا، وهو نص حواري: ستة طلاب ساعين يأتون إلى الحكيم بيبّالادا (Pippalāda) ويطرحون ستة أسئلة جوهرية. يشدد النص على التهيؤ الأخلاقي والنسكي—التبس (tapas) والبراهماجاريا (brahmacarya) والانضباط—قبل تلقي المعرفة العليا، ويعيد قراءة الرموز الفيدية من طقوس خارجية إلى معانٍ باطنية تتعلق بالنفس والوعي. محوره الفلسفي هو “علم البرانا” (prāṇa-vidyā). فالبرانا ليست مجرد نَفَس، بل مبدأ الحياة الذي ينسّق الحواس والعقل ووظائف الجسد؛ وقصة “نزاع الحواس” تُستخدم لإثبات سيادة البرانا. كما يقدم مبدأ “رايي–برانا” (المادة/الغذاء والطاقة الحيوية) إطارًا كونيًا يربط بين الميكروكوسم والماكروكوسم، مع الشمس والقمر كرمزين. ويعلّم النص أيضًا التأمل في “أوم” (A-U-M) كدعامة تدريجية للترقي الروحي، ويحلل حالات الوعي: اليقظة والحلم والنوم العميق. ويبلغ ذروته في عقيدة “الأجزاء الستة عشر” (ṣoḍaśa-kalā): مكوّنات الشخص تنبثق من “الأكشارا” غير الفاني (akṣara) وتعود إليه؛ وهذه المعرفة تُعرض طريقًا لتجاوز خوف الموت والتوجه نحو التحرر.
