Sukta 7.42
इमं नो अग्ने अध्वरं जुषस्व मरुत्स्विन्द्रे यशसं कृधी नः । आ नक्ता बर्हिः सदतामुषासोशन्ता मित्रावरुणा यजेह ॥
imáṃ no agne adhvaráṃ juṣasva marútsv índre yaśásaṃ kṛdhī naḥ | ā́ naktā́ barhíḥ sadatām uṣā́sóśántā mitrā́varuṇā yajehá ||
تقبَّلْ لنا، يا أَغْنِي، هذا القُربانَ (اليَجْنَ) غيرَ المنقطع؛ وبينَ الماروتاتِ ومعَ إندرا اجعلْه لنا مملوءًا مجدًا. ولتجلسِ اللَّيلُ والفجرُ على البَرْهِس (المقعدِ المقدّس)؛ واعبدْ هنا مِترا وفَرونا، اللذينِ يرغبانِ في ṛta (النظامِ الحقّ).
