Sukta 10.43
कृतं न श्वघ्नी वि चिनोति देवने संवर्गं यन्मघवा सूर्यं जयत् । न तत्ते अन्यो अनु वीर्यं शकन्न पुराणो मघवन्नोत नूतनः ॥
kṛtáṃ ná śvá-ghnī ví cinoti dévane saṃvárgaṃ yán maghávā sū́ryaṃ jáyat | ná tát te anyó ánu vī́ryaṃ śakanná purāṇó maghavannóta nū́tanaḥ ||
كما تُلتقطُ رميةُ الظَّفَرِ بيدِ اللاعبِ الميمون، كذلك تُحازُ الرِّهانُ كلُّه حين يقهرُ المَغهافانُ سُوريا. لا أحدَ غيرُك يقدرُ أن يتبعَ تلك القوّةَ البطوليّةَ لك، يا مَغهافان—لا القديمُ ولا المُحدَث.
