Sukta 3.15
त्वं नृचक्षा वृषभानु पूर्वीः कृष्णास्वग्ने अरुषो वि भाहि । वसो नेषि च पर्षि चात्यंहः कृधी नो राय उशिजो यविष्ठ ॥
tvám nṛ-cákṣā vṛṣabhā́nu pūrvī́ḥ kṛṣṇā́sv agne aruṣó ví bhāhi | váso néṣi ca párṣi cā́ty áṃhaḥ kṛdhí no rāyá uśíjo yaviṣṭha ||
ผู้เห็นทะลุมนุษย์ ผู้มีรัศมีดุจพฤษภา ข้าแต่อัคนี จงดำเนินตามหนทางโบราณทั้งหลาย; ท่ามกลางความมืดดำ จงส่องประกายเป็นผู้แดงเรื่อ. ข้าแต่วสุ (Vasu) จงนำเรา และพาเราข้ามพ้นความคับแค้นทั้งสิ้น; โอ้ผู้เยาว์ที่สุดและว่องไวที่สุดในพิธีบูชา จงก่อรูปทรัพย์สมบัติของผู้แสวงหา-ผู้บูชา (uśij) ให้แก่เรา.
