इन्द्राय पवते मदः सोमो मरुत्वते सुतः । सहस्रधारो अत्यव्यमर्षति तमी मृजन्त्यायवः ॥
Transliteration
índrāya pavate mádaḥ sómo marútvate sutáḥ | sahásra-dhāro áty avyám arṣati tám ī́ mṛjanti ā́yavaḥ ||
Translation
इन्द्राय मदः पवते—मरुत्वते प्रभवे सुतः सोमः। स सहस्रधारोऽविं (अव्यं) अतिक्रम्य तीव्रं धावति; तम् उत्सुका आयवो मृजन्ति, दीप्तं कुर्वन्ति।
