Sukta 4.38
उतो हि वां दात्रा सन्ति पूर्वा या पूरुभ्यस्त्रसदस्युर्नितोशे । क्षेत्रासां ददथुरुर्वरासां घनं दस्युभ्यो अभिभूतिमुग्रम् ॥
utó hí vāṃ dātrā́ sánti pū́rvā yā́ pū́rubhyas trasádasyur nitóśe | kṣetrā́sāṃ dadathur urvarā́sāṃ ghanáṃ dasyúbhyo abhíbhūtim ugrám ||
उतो हि वां दात्राः सन्ति पूर्वाः—याभिः पूरुभ्यः त्रसदस्युः नितोशे स्थिरं निवासं जिगाय। ताभ्यः क्षेत्राणि च उर्वराः विस्तीर्णाः भूमीः अदत्तम्, दस्युभ्यः घनाय च तमसे उग्रां अभिभूतिं घातिनीं शक्तिं न्यधत्तम्।
