Sukta 4.28
अहन्निन्द्रो अदहदग्निरिन्दो पुरा दस्यून्मध्यंदिनादभीके । दुर्गे दुरोणे क्रत्वा न यातां पुरू सहस्रा शर्वा नि बर्हीत् ॥
áhann índro ádahad agnír índo purā́ dásyūn madhyándinād abhī́ke | dúrge duróṇe kratvā́ ná yātā́ṃ purū́ sahásrā śárvā ní barhīt ||
इन्द्रोऽहन्; अग्निरदहत्, हे इन्दो—पुरा दस्यून्, मध्यान्हादारभ्याभीके युधि। दुर्गे दुरोणे च ये सत्यक्रत्वा न यान्ति स्म, तान् न्यबर्हीत्; पुरू सहस्राणि शर्वाणि पपातुः—येनात्मनः पन्थाः सम्यग्गमनाय विशुद्धो भवेत्।
