यदासु मर्तो अमृतासु निस्पृक्सं क्षोणीभिः क्रतुभिर्न पृङ्क्ते । ता आतयो न तन्वः शुम्भत स्वा अश्वासो न क्रीळयो दन्दशानाः ॥
yád āsu márto amṛ́tāsu ni-spṛ́k sám kṣoṇī́bhir kratúbhir ná pṛ́ṅkte | tā́ ātáyo ná tanvàḥ śúmbhata svā́ aśvā́so ná krīḷáyo dándaśānāḥ ||
यदा अमृतासु मर्तोऽस्पृष्टः क्षोणीभिः क्रतुभिर्नामृतैः सह न पृङ्क्ते, तदा ता आतयः तस्य तन्वः शुम्भन्ति न। स्वा एव सन्त्योऽप्यसमन्विताः—क्रीळयः अश्वा इव दन्दशानाः चञ्चवो भवन्ति।
