मही अत्र महिना वारमृण्वथोऽरेणवस्तुज आ सद्मन्धेनवः । स्वरन्ति ता उपरताति सूर्यमा निम्रुच उषसस्तक्ववीरिव ॥
mahī́ átra mahinā́ vā́ram ṛṇvatho 'reṇávas túja ā́ sádman dhenávaḥ | sváranti tā́ uparátāti sū́ryam ā́ nímruca uṣásaḥ takvavī́r iva ||
अत्र वां महिना महद् वारम् ऋण्वथः; अरेणवः तुजः धेनव इव सद्म आ यान्ति। ता उपरताति सूर्यं स्वरन्ति; उषसः निम्रुचः अवतरन्ति तक्ववीरिव—अस्माकं क्षेत्रे ज्योतिषोऽवतरणं वहन्त्यः।
