अयं संक्षिप्तः पौष्टिकसूक्तः दम्पतीं पुनःपरिपूर्णतया (प्यायति), पोषकरसेन पयसा च, धनेन (रय्या), स्थिरराज्यस्थित्या (राष्ट्रेण) च आशीर्भिः समनुगृह्णाति। अत्र समृद्धिः केवलं स्वाम्यरूपा न, किन्तु अविच्छिन्नं गृहस्थधर्मस्थितं सौभाग्यं—अनुपक्षिता वृद्धिः, प्रजननसदृशः रसः, दीर्घायुष्यम्—इति निरूप्यते; एतच्च दाम्पत्यबन्धस्य दिव्यतक्षकः त्वष्टा आहूय निष्प्रमादं दृढीकृत्य सीलयति।

दम्पत्यो रयिप्राप्तये प्रार्थना। तेन॑ भू॒तेन॑ ह॒विषा॒यमा प्या॑यतां॑ पुनः॑ । जा॒यां याम॑स्मा॒ आवा॑क्षु॒स्तां रसे॑ना॒भि व॑र्धताम्
तेन भूतेन हविषायमा प्यायतां पुनः। जायां यामस्मा आवाक्षुस्तां रसेनाभि वर्धताम्॥
