Sukta 17
वि॒षू॒वृदिन्द्रो॒ अमु॑तेरु॒त क्षु॒धः स इद् रा॒यो म॒घवा॒ वस्व॑ ईशते । तस्येदि॒मे प्र॑व॒णे स॒प्त सिन्ध॑वो॒ वयो॑ वर्धन्ति वृष॒भस्य॑ शु॒ष्मिणः॑
viṣū-vṛ́d índro ámute r utá kṣúdhaḥ sá íd rāyó maghávā vásva īśate | tásyed imé praváṇe saptá síndhavo váyo vardhanti vṛṣabhásya śúṣmiṇaḥ ||
Indra, the all-repeller, (saves) from strait and also from hunger; he, the bounteous, is lord of riches, of goodly treasures. Under the might of that vehement Bull, these Seven Rivers in their slope increase their vital strength.
विषूवृदिन्द्रो अमुतेरुत क्षुधः; स इद् रायो मघवा वस्व ईशते। तस्येदिमे प्रवणे सप्त सिन्धवो; वयो वर्धन्ति वृषभस्य शुष्मिणः।
