दीदिवांसमपूर्व्यं वस्वीभिरस्य धीतिभिः । ऋक्वाणो अग्निमिन्धते होतारं विश्पतिं विशाम् ॥
Transliteration
dīdivā́ṃsam apū́rvyaṃ vásvībhiḥ asya dhītíbhiḥ | ṛkvā́ṇo agním indhate hótāraṃ viśpátiṃ viśā́m ||
Translation
Os cantores acendem Agni, o sempre resplandecente, o sem igual (apūrvya), com suas ricas inspirações. Eles o despertam como hotar (hotā), sacerdote da oferenda, e como senhor do clã, mestre dos povos (viśpáti) na vida ordenada.
