Sukta 6.49
प्र वायुमच्छा बृहती मनीषा बृहद्रयिं विश्ववारं रथप्राम् । द्युतद्यामा नियुतः पत्यमानः कविः कविमियक्षसि प्रयज्यो ॥
prá vāyúm ácchā bṛhatī́ manīṣā́ bṛhád rayíṃ viśvá-vāraṃ ratha-prā́m | dyutád-yāmā niyútaḥ pátyamānaḥ kavíḥ kavím iyákṣasi prayajyó ||
Kepada Vāyu meluru fikiranku yang luas, mencari kelimpahan agung, kekayaan serba-diingini yang memenuhi kereta. Dengan lintasan yang berkilau, menguasai tenaga-tenaga yang terpasang pada kuknya, sang resi menyeru Resi bagi persembahan, wahai yang layak disembah.
