Himne satu ayat ini menyeru Vāyu sebagai pembawa korban yang pantas dan pantas, serta sebagai kuasa nafas hidup yang melaluinya ikatan-ikatan dilonggarkan. Dengan menyenaraikan bilangan persembahan (1, 2, 3, 10, 20, 30), ia menyelaraskan upacara dengan turutan yang benar dan kesempurnaan, lalu memohon Vāyu agar “melepaskan di sini” apa jua kekangan yang menghalang si pelaksana korban. Prinsip yang mendasari ialah Ātman: diri/nafas batin yang menjadikan persembahan berkesan dan memungkinkan pelepasan ikatan.
It is used to remove binding obstacles and to ensure the offering/effort proceeds smoothly, by invoking Vāyu as the power that carries and unyokes.
The numbers signal completeness and correct sequencing of offerings; the hymn links ritual correctness with the clearing of impediments.
