Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (unspecified here)
Devata: Vāyu (and Ātman as underlying principle)
Chandas: Jagatī/Triṣṭubh mixed feel (uncertain without full hymn metrical audit)
Is mantra mein Vayu ko bulaya ja raha hai jo hawan ko jaldi le jaata hai. Yeh hawan ki sahi ginti batata hai - ek, do, teen, das, bees, tees. Vayu se kaha ja raha hai ki jo bhi bandhan hai woh yahan khol do. Yeh hawan tab hi kaam karta hai jab andar ki saans ya Atman saath ho. Isliye Vayu ko bulakar rukawatein door karte hain.
It is used to remove binding obstacles and to ensure the offering/effort proceeds smoothly, by invoking Vāyu as the power that carries and unyokes.
The numbers signal completeness and correct sequencing of offerings; the hymn links ritual correctness with the clearing of impediments.
No substances are specified in the verse. It can be applied as a breath-centered recitation, especially when one seeks immediate ‘release here’ (iha… vi muñca).
