अस्मा इत्काव्यं वच उक्थमिन्द्राय शंस्यम् । तस्मा उ ब्रह्मवाहसे गिरो वर्धन्त्यत्रयो गिरः शुम्भन्त्यत्रयः ॥
Transliteration
asmā́ ít kā́vyaṃ váca ukthám índrāya śáṃsyam | tásmā u bráhma-vāhase gíro vardhanty átrayo gíraḥ śumbhanty átrayaḥ ||
Translation
त्याच्यासाठीच हे काव्यवचन, इंद्रासाठी उच्चारावयाचे हे उक्थ; त्या ब्रह्म-वाहकासाठी अत्रींच्या गिरा वाढतात व शोभून उठतात—आमची वचने तेजस्वी, सामर्थ्याची साधने बनतात.
