अस्मा इत्काव्यं वच उक्थमिन्द्राय शंस्यम् । तस्मा उ ब्रह्मवाहसे गिरो वर्धन्त्यत्रयो गिरः शुम्भन्त्यत्रयः ॥
Transliteration
asmā́ ít kā́vyaṃ váca ukthám índrāya śáṃsyam | tásmā u bráhma-vāhase gíro vardhanty átrayo gíraḥ śumbhanty átrayaḥ ||
Translation
അവനുവേണ്ടിയത്രേ ഈ കാവ്യവചനം—ഈ ഉക്തം—ഇന്ദ്രനായി പ്രസ്താവിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടത്. ബ്രഹ്മവാഹസനായ അവനിലേക്കു അത്രികളുടെ ഗീരുകൾ വളരുന്നു, ദീപ്തമാകുന്നു; നമ്മുടെ വാക്കുകൾ ശക്തിയുടെ പ്രകാശമുള്ള ഉപകരണങ്ങളാകുന്നു.
