सृष्टिं सृजति वै ब्रह्मा तदर्थं यान्त्यमी नराः । प्रतिपालनाय तस्यास्तु सृष्टेर्देव न संशयः ॥ ७३.१० ॥
sṛṣṭiṁ sṛjati vai brahmā tad-arthaṁ yānty amī narāḥ | pratipālanāya tasyāstu sṛṣṭer deva na saṁśayaḥ || 73.10 ||
ബ്രഹ്മാവ് നിശ്ചയമായും സൃഷ്ടിയെ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു; അതിനായിട്ടാണ് ഈ മനുഷ്യർ മുന്നേറുന്നത്. ആ സൃഷ്ടിയുടെ പരിപാലന‑സംരക്ഷണത്തിനായി, ഹേ ദേവാ, സംശയമില്ല.
