അതിനുശേഷം നാനാമന്ത്രങ്ങൾ ഉപദേശിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; ദേവോപകരണങ്ങളുടെ (പൂജാസാമഗ്രികളുടെ) വിധിയും പറയുന്നു. ഭക്ഷ്യ-അഭക്ഷ്യ വിഭാഗീകരണവും സന്ധ്യോപസ്ഥാനം (സന്ധ്യാവന്ദനം) ചെയ്യേണ്ട കാരണവും വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നു.
