कालेन महता तस्य कुटुम्बं च क्षयं गतम्॥ क्षीणे कुटुम्बे तु तदा सुभृशं दुःखपीडितः॥
kālena mahatā tasya kuṭumbaṁ ca kṣayaṁ gatam || kṣīṇe kuṭumbe tu tadā subhṛśaṁ duḥkhapīḍitaḥ ||
ദീർഘകാലം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവന്റെ കുടുംബവും ക്ഷയിച്ചു. കുടുംബം ക്ഷീണിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവൻ അത്യന്തം ദുഃഖത്താൽ കടുത്ത പീഡിതനായി.
