यस्मिन्स्नातो नरो देवि मम लोकं प्रपद्यते ॥ प्रयागं नाम तीर्थं तु देवानामपि दुर्लभम् ॥
yasmin snāto naro devi mama lokaṃ prapadyate || prayāgaṃ nāma tīrthaṃ tu devānām api durlabham ||
ഹേ ദേവി, അവിടെ സ്നാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ എന്റെ ലോകം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു. അത് ‘പ്രയാഗ’ എന്ന തീർത്ഥം; ദേവന്മാർക്കും ദുർലഭമായത്.
