तत्र तिष्ठाम्यहं भद्रे उदीचीं दिशमाश्रितः ॥ हिरण्यप्रतिमां कृत्वा जातरूपां न संशयः ॥

ഹേ ഭദ്രേ! അവിടെ ഞാൻ ഉത്തരദിശയെ ആശ്രയിച്ച് വസിക്കുന്നു; സംശയമില്ലാതെ ഞാൻ സ്വർണ്ണത്തിന്റെ, അതായത് ജാതരൂപത്തിന്റെ, ഒരു പ്രതിമ നിർമ്മിച്ചു.
