तपसा ज्ञानयुक्ता वा नित्यं कर्मसु चोद्यताः ॥ अनेन हि स्वभावेन मात्सर्यं चैव कुर्वते ॥
tapasā jñānayuktā vā nityaṃ karmasu codyatāḥ || anena hi svabhāvena mātsaryaṃ caiva kurvate ||
തപസ്സും ജ്ഞാനവും ഉള്ളവരായാലും, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിത്യം കർമങ്ങളിലേക്കു പ്രേരിതരായാലും—ഈ സ്വഭാവം കൊണ്ടുതന്നെ അവർ അസൂയയെ ആചരിക്കുന്നു.
